SAMSUNG Selects Mattson for Spectrum of Technologies

FREMONT, Calif., Feb. 1 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Mattson Technology, Inc. , a leading supplier of advanced process equipment used to manufacture semiconductors, today announced that it has shipped multiple advanced strip systems to SAMSUNG Electronics Co. Ltd., one of the world's largest memory and logic chipmakers. In addition, SAMSUNG has placed follow-on orders for Mattson's rapid thermal processing (RTP) and chemical vapor deposition (CVD) systems.
