She spent a majority of her career at EBN, where she broke business and semiconductor news, as well as helped create Electronics Buyers' Index (EBI), a monthly gauge of business conditions within the industry. Ismini has been a contributing editor for EE Times' news and products sections for more than a decade. She is also a freelance writer for Electronics360, an online publication covering the business and technology of electronics, and has contributed articles to both EDN and Communications for the ACM (Association for Computing Machinery). She resides in Brooklyn, New York.
