Dan is founder of Chip Nexus,  a provider of cloud-based test capacity management software, and co-founder of The Arianna Foundation, a non-profit organization focused on serving the children of the world. Dan is also currently a strategic advisor for TEAM A.T.E., an international dealer serving the global test and inspection equipment markets, and writing patents covering electroncs and software inventions as a patent agent.

Dan previously managed the IC test and assembly equipment portfolios and businesses at GE Capital and KeyAssets Financial.  Dan also spent 12 years in sales and marketing at Teradyne, following eight years in test engineering and test engineering management roles at various semiconductor companies. 

Dan has a BSEE from the University of Michigan, an MSEE from Stanford University, and an MBA from the University of Texas.  He is also an accredited senior appraiser with the American Society of Appraisers, and a Patent Agent with the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office.
