I'm a technical marketing, marketing communications, and social media professional at Lilee Systems where I manage Lilee Systems social media efforts and website among many other things. I've been recognized as being an early adopter of using social media in the embedded systems, industrial computing, and electronics industry marketplace. During the past six years, I've been working in the high technology industry in Taiwan, specifically embedded electronics, industrial pc/networking/routing, and intelligent systems. In another life, I was Vice President of Payroll and HR Services in a small BPO organization.

My first computer was an Apple II+. 30 years as a digital native, I have nearly 20 years experience in online community engagement. Including my current work, I've worked in 3 technology startups and 2 non-technology startups.

I have an MA in International Studies specializing in modern China from the University of Washington and have been recognized by Foreign Policy magazine as one of the top 100 foreign policy influencers on Twitter for my China related tweets. In 1996, I was one of five U.S. citizens awarded with a scholarship by China's Ministry of Education to study in China for one year.
