If you've got something to say about smart radio, then it's your lucky day. IEEE Dynamic Spectrum Access Networks (DySPAN) 2011 has issued a call for papers and demonstrations, with a deadline of November 15th.

If you are a professor, this looks like a must-have text for your class. If you are an engineer, it strikes me as a very welcome and useful addition to your bookshelf. SciTech Publishing Inc. has taken a new approach to writing this book.

As a newly-minted Mac fan, I was happy to see the news this week that its new MacBook Air would be dropping the traditional hard drive for some nice solid-state flash memory ranging from 64 to 256GB.
