Guy Santiglia set the fire, but it's not the one burning huge swaths of Arizona or Colorado. Santiglia ratted out Sun Microsystems to the Justice Department, accusing the server giant of discriminating against U.S. citizens in favor of H-1B visa holders in a recent round of layoffs.
