Problem: When I try to register, I get an error that says

Solution: It is likely that you have already registered for another site on the EE Times Network and you can use your email address login and password to access this site. If you have forgotten your password, click here for help.

Problem: When I try and log in I get an error message that says

Problem: I access the site from a computer that is shared by many co-workers, how do I make sure my username/password isn't being used by anyone else?

Solution: Before you log in please make sure that the 'password' check box is not checked off, and when you are done with the computer be sure and close the browser.

Problem: I clicked on a link for an article and I am brought to the 'Why Register' page. After logging in, I do not see the article I am looking for.

Solution: The cookie settings in your browser are set too high. Please lower your browser setting to allow cookies for this site.

Question: What is the 'Remember Me' check box?

Answer: If you check off the 'Remember Me' check box you are setting a permanent cookie on that computer. You will remain logged in on that site. This cookie does not expires. If you 'Logout' you then expire that cookie and will need to check off the 'Remember Password' to set the cookie again.

Question: What if I dont check off the 'Remember Me' check box?

Answer: If you opt not to use the 'Remember Me' check box, you will be required to log in each time you visit the site after lauching a new browser.
