Dallas - A low-voltage differential (LVD)-only SCSI terminator from Dallas Semiconductor, the DS2120, features zero-temperature-coefficient resistor networks that are laser-trimmed to better than 5 percent accuracy. The resistor networks' temperature stability ensures that resistance stays within tolerance over the device's operating temperature range. The DS2120 automatically changes modes and disconnects from the bus when it senses a high-voltage differential or single-ended bus master, and connects to the bus when it detects an LVD bus master. A built-in mode-change delay prevents erroneous mode changes caused by glitches or short pulses on the DIFF_CAP pin.

The DS2120B is packaged in a 36-pin SSOP and the DS2120E in a 28-pin TSSOP. Prices start at $1.45 and $1.34 respectively in quantities of 1,000.
