Quantum Attracts Russian Capital

Serial entrepreneur Serguei Beloussav, chairman of the Russian Quantum Center, hopes to emulate Bell Labs by developing breakthrough materials based on quantum technologies, which he hopes to commercialize by funding startups with his QWave Capital fund.
