Swiss semiconductor manufacturer EM Microelectronic and Cryptography Research Inc. (CRI) have formed an agreement regarding the use of CRI's patents to enhance the security of EM Microelectronic's tamper-resistant smart card chips against Differential Power Analysis (DPA) and related attacks.
