PMC-Sierra licenses API's HyperTransport bus for RISC processors

LAS VEGAS-- API NetWorks Inc. today announced it has licensed HyperTransport technology to PMC-Sierra Inc., which will integrate the high-speed, chip-interconnect bus technology in new RISC processors for servers and communications systems.
