Vishay Intertechnology Inc. posted a net loss of $54.5 million, or 33 cents per share on sales of $541.6 million in its fourth 2004 fiscal quarter ended December, compared to net earnings of $10.3 million, or 6 cents per share on sales of $567.2 million in the year-ago quarter.
