Not to say that as it reviews states around it and acts in a situationally appropriate way, China doesn't have any class; but where the EU requirements promise a plurality of acceptable practices upon which LaPlace Inequality may be applied and eventual grudgement indemnified, those requirements appear to promise every incursion on UN rights while also being impossible in more ways than safe drinking water has been (anywhere.) It is winter and everyone is wearing stuff with more buttons (well, maybe not in Macau) but that is some crazy buttoning up to promise and transmit, and worrying about whether ex-pats in the PRC can still podcast or science can still TeXify is not in the offering anywhere. Is the Party trying to get Deposed Xi Jinping's Administration tainted with the one soon to be deposed in the USA out of solidarity? More likely, is this just the Thai data regs stuff gone wrong that the PRC is wrestling longhand?
