@EELoser:  This is a kind of customizable IP to include with the MCU IP when building a new chip.

Both Xilinx and Alltera have FPGAs with embedded ARM processors available.

Flex has adopted open source RISC-V as processor architecture apparently because they hope open-source is a magical thing.  But they are only peddling IP, not actual hardware.

For some reason the world expects magic, but the fact is that probably every significant RISC ISA has been tried so there won't be much bang for the buck left for still another traditional RISC.

A TRUE RISC should execute if/else, for, while, dowhile, and assignments.

@EELoser If you want real proccessors with this stuff, try Cypress semiconductor. Their PSoC series of parts has had programable logic on board for years.   And I remember an Atmel part many years ago that had an FPGA on board so there is nothing new about this idea.

Seems like this company is just about selling other actual chip companies their concept/stuff to integrate onto an existing processor.  Where can I buy an actual physical processor with this stuff on it, hopefully from a mainstream company, like TI,Microchip, etc Guess it doesn't exist yet....
