SAN FRANCISCO Lattice Semiconductor Corp. Monday (Oct. 31) announced the immediate availability of the ispLEVER 5.1 programmable logic design tool suite.
Lattice (Hillsboro, Ore.) said version 5.1 implements many new features and delivers enhanced performance, including the increasing FPGA logic utilization by as much as 35 percent. Version 5.1 also adds a new intellectual property (IP) delivery infrastructure called IPexpressthe company said, which allows designers to quickly configure Lattice system-level IP for their designs.
The ispLEVER 5.1 software for Windows, supporting all Lattice digital programmable logic families, is available now at a list price of $695, Lattice said. UNIX and LINUX versions also are available, according to the company.
