Thanks Jacob, for a very interesting intro to this dev kit!  I had a lot of fun doing the exercises and everything worked the way it was supposed to!  I look forward to using what I learned here to do more experimenting with this board.  Who knows, maybe someday I will actually develop a product using this or a similar part.  Thanks again to everyone involved, including EE Times University and Digi-Key for supplying the dev kit for free!!!
