Trees as natural solar photovoltaic cells? Great! As I drive here and there in the course of my life, I see trees everywhere. So at least in theory, there's a lot of potential out there. But with so much biomass everywhere I still would also like to see development of practical ways to break down all that cellulose into simple sugars, for fermentation into ethanol.
