It looks very promising if they can scale to smaller and larger scale lengths. Another thing is the natural dispersion of distances. But it is definitely the cheapest sub-20 nm method I've seen so far.

Intel needs to lock down its 11 nm litho in 2012, looks not enough time to introduce anything new.
