it might be mixture of economy/consumer health and management inabilities. hope for the best..conumer health is improving very fast.

Fairchild, establisher of silicon walley, starter of electronics innovation craziness in US, declining down hardly. Is it really the sign of crunching dream? or just matter of terrible management?
