IP licensing, from Rambus for DRAM, but what IP for from Tessera? Thx

Samsung is playing the good corporate citizen by paying fees to both Rambus and Tessera, two companies largely built on IP licensing.

2011-2012 DRAM affected by HDD shortage from Thai flood, as most computers still put these two together. Hence, the Tessera license expires at inconvenient time for Samsung.
