Interesting phenomenon. I sometimes dream that I am asleep. And once, I remember I dreamt I was asleep, and in my dream sleep, I had a dream!. I was somewhat confused when I had to wake up twice and figure out whether I was still dreaming. Confused?

If you can just perfect the art of dreaming you're asleep, Max, you could probably get away with 4 hours a night instead of 8!
