Intel is also recruiting engineers in Israel and South of France (mostly people fired from TI). I hope they will succeed where TI failed.

Intel seems to try really hard to get into the mobile business from various angle. Good for them. How're the integration to Intel's chips/ solution? What's the impact to employees on either sides?

If the transaction has been closed, there is no point in keeping the buyers name a secret. Sooner or later everyone will know it... atleast from the employees.
