As existing celluar towers are updated, and new ones are erected to provide or improve service, I can see most of the LMR users migrate to the RF bands that will be interconnected between these towers. I see the main effort will be to develope a way to manage site loading, when you have users travel away from the home area they talk onto the system, a remote area, and drag their talk-groups and not overload the traveled to areas RF channels. Ed.
