Judge: Apple conspired to raise e-book prices
Warren3   7/11/2013 7:15:49 PM
I am a little surprised that the news regarding the Federal District Court decision against Apple yesterday hasn't landed here at EE Times. Maybe tomorrow. There are plenty of opinions out there that Apple may not have colluded (Apple for one, of course) but there are plenty that they did (like the federal government's and the District Court). This all will be plenty interesting; the penalty phase upcoming of course plus any and all appeals.
