@Janine: Makes sense. A lot of the server design and manufacturing for the Facebooks, Amazons and Google';s of the world comes from Taiwan ODMs these days with Quanta one of the leaders. Taiwan has wanted a bigger footprint in clpoud comp0uting for awhile. ITRI has a division focusing on cloud issues, too.

ITRI is clearing space right now and is out ahead of the team preparing the testing software.
