I find it hillarious that China, land of 150,000 state owned enterprises and still one of the most protectionist countries in the world, is criticizing the U.S. for being protectionist. It's more appropriately called 'reciprocity'.
If at a certain time, the Americans dominated the world of technology, it was at the same time to give thousands of jobs to the most deprived of several countries around the world. Today, China holds the first place but ignoring all that concerns human rights.
